Eligibility

A few quick questions so we follow the law and payment rules. Answer for the venue and its owners.

Is your business any of these?

Does your venue offer health, massage or veterinary services? (required)

California law doesn’t allow these businesses to pay for referrals, so they can’t be listed.

Does your venue hold a California ABC alcohol license? (required)

Alcohol never counts toward the minimum spend or the discount. Some license pairs can’t share commissions.

Insurance (you can add this later; it’s needed before you go live)

While you’re listed you keep, with a licensed insurer: commercial general liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate; liquor liability if you sell or serve alcohol; and workers’ compensation if you have employees.

The agreement

Please read the Venue Partner Agreement (opens in a new tab). The short version: guests get $10 off on $40 or more; you pay 15% of the visit after the discount, only for confirmed visits; we email you a weekly summary, and you have 72 hours after it to fix or dispute a visit; we can audit and mystery-shop.
