For venues

Pay for guests who show up. Not for clicks, not for maybes.

Guests get $10 off when they spend $40 or more. You keep your normal prices. You pay 15% of the visit only after the guest checks in at your front desk.

Fees are on the visit total after the $10 off, before tax and tip. Alcohol is never counted: not toward the guest’s $40, not in the discount and not in your fee. Founding venues pay less (see below).

Why venues say yes

  • Nothing upfront

No setup fee. No required monthly fee. No charge for clicks or claimed passes. You pay on checked-in visits only.

  • Keep your prices

Guests save a flat $10. You don't have to cut your price in half to get noticed.

  • Real people send guests

Local creators, vacation-rental hosts and businesses like hotels and gyms recommend you by name. They only earn when their guests show up.

  • Reviews you can trust

Only checked-in guests can review you. No drive-by reviews from people who never came in.

  • Your booking, your way

Guests book with your own booking link. No API keys, no new booking system, no guest card numbers.

  • Simple weekly billing

We charge your card on file once a week for last week's confirmed visits. You see every visit first.

First 25 venues

Founding venues get a head start

The first 25 venues get founding terms. For your first 90 days, you pay only the creator or host share, and nothing at all on direct visits. After that, your rate is 13% instead of 15%, locked for 12 months. Founding venues also start with no prepaid balance.

  1. Days 1 to 90Pay only the creator or host share. Direct visits are free.
  2. Next 12 months13% instead of 15%, locked in.
  3. Prepaid balanceNone. Start with $0.

Fair for honest venues. On purpose.

This only works if everyone plays straight, so we check. Each week we email you a summary of your check-ins. A checked-in pass counts as a visit unless you fix or dispute it, with a reason, within 72 hours of that summary. That gives you time to fix mistakes, and it keeps billing honest. Guests can also add a photo of their receipt, and if it doesn't match the total, we take a look before anything is billed. Our watchdog looks for patterns that don't add up, on both sides: venues that confirm far fewer visits than check in, and creators with lots of check-ins from one device. We also run mystery shops, where we make test visits without telling you. Problems get written notice first, with 10 days to fix them or tell us your side. If a strike follows: one is a warning and a back-bill of unpaid fees, two means lower ranking and a higher prepaid balance, and three ends the listing. There are no penalty fees, and a strike stops counting after 12 months without another. Every venue has a trust score, and clean venues rank higher. If you play it straight, the watchdog works for you.

  1. 1
    Warning

Plus a back-bill for the visits in question.

  2. 2
    Penalty

Lower ranking and a higher prepaid balance.

  3. 3
    Listing ends

Any balance goes toward what is owed.

From application to first guest

  1. Apply

Tell us about your venue and your experiences. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Get approved

We review every venue by hand and you sign the Venue Agreement.

  3. Add a card on file

Your card is held by Stripe. We never see the number. You're only charged for confirmed visits.

  4. Build your listing

Add photos, hours, experiences, your booking link, and how you take codes: at the counter or online.

  5. Put up your check-in display

Use a tablet with a rotating check-in QR, or print a poster for the front desk. Guests scan it when they arrive.

Grow faster (optional)

Everything above works without spending a cent more. If you want extra reach, add an upgrade. Each one is monthly, and you can cancel any time. It runs to the end of the month you paid for.

  • Partner Boost

    +3% fee while on

While Boost is on, your fee goes up 3 points per confirmed visit, and partners who send you guests get 2 points of it. No upfront cost. Turn it off any time.

  • Pro listing

    $29/month

Add a video and more photos to your listing, and export your insights.

  • Sponsored slot

    $49/month

Show up in a labeled Sponsored spot in Explore results for one category. Only a few per page, so it stays useful for guests.

  • Featured on home

    $79/month

Appear in the Sponsored picks row on the home page, where most guests start.

  • Partner spotlight

    $19/month

We suggest your venue to creators, hosts and businesses when they choose spots to recommend.

Paid placement is always labeled Sponsored. It never changes your organic ranking, your trust score, or your reviews and ratings. We don't charge per click. Upgrades are for venues in good standing: live, paid up and with no open strike. How Sponsored labels work

Insights: see what's working

Every venue gets Insights in its dashboard. See where guests come from and what each visit really cost you.

Venue questions

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to join and no required monthly fee. You pay 15% of each confirmed visit, after the guest's $10 off, before tax and tip, not counting alcohol. Upgrades are optional.

Who pays for the $10 off?

You do, at the counter or through your promo code. In return, you only pay a fee when a guest actually shows up.

What counts as a visit?

A pass that was checked in at your venue with your check-in QR. Claims alone never cost you anything.

What if a check-in is wrong?

Fix or dispute it within 72 hours of your weekly summary email and tell us why. You can also adjust the visit amount if the party was smaller or spent less.

How does billing work?

We charge your card on file weekly for last week's confirmed visits. Some venues start with a prepaid balance, $100 by default, that gets used first. Founding venues start at $0.

Do I need to change my booking system?

No. Guests book through your usual link. If your system takes promo codes, they enter the pass code. If not, they show it at the counter.

Can I say no to stacking discounts?

Yes. Passes don't combine with your other discounts unless you say they do.

What's a founding venue?

One of the first 25 venues. You pay only the partner share for 90 days, nothing on direct visits, then 13% locked for 12 months.

Do I have to buy upgrades?

No. Upgrades are optional extras for more reach. Your listing, check-ins, reviews and Insights work the same without them.

Can I pay to rank higher?

No. Organic ranking can't be bought. Paid spots show up separately and are always labeled Sponsored. Your trust score and reviews decide where you rank.

What about alcohol?

Alcohol is left out of everything: it doesn't count toward the guest's $40, it isn't discounted, and you never pay a fee on it. We have no say in your alcohol prices or service. Guests still get $10 off everything else.
