Your Privacy Choices

1. We don’t sell or share

Tidepass does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (ads that follow you around the internet). We don’t use ad pixels. Our analytics is our own and only counts things in total, it doesn’t build a profile of you. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

2. Global Privacy Control is honored automatically

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser and turn off optional analytics. You don’t have to do anything else. If we detect GPC, the control below will show that it’s already on.

3. Opt out anyway

You can record your choice here. It turns off optional analytics on this browser and records that you opt out of any sale or sharing, so it would apply if our practices ever changed. Your choice is saved in this browser; if you use another browser or device, or clear your browser data, set it again there.

Opt out on this browser

Turning analytics off doesn’t change your passes or your discount. Some storage is still needed for the site to work, for example, to remember your passes on this browser and to credit the creator or host who sent you. See the cookie list.

4. Ask to see, correct or delete your information

Email support@gettidepass.com with one of these subject lines:

  • Privacy request: Access: to get a copy of the information we have about you
  • Privacy request: Delete: to delete it
  • Privacy request: Correct: to fix something that’s wrong

4.1 What to include

  • Your name and how you’d like us to reply.
  • Guests: your pass code(s), if you have them, and the email address you used if you had a pass emailed to you. Guests don’t have accounts, so this is how we find your records.
  • Venues and partners: send the request from your account email.
  • For a correction: what’s wrong and what it should say.
  • If you’re an authorized agent: the person’s signed permission for you to act for them.

Please don’t send ID documents or card numbers. We’ll only ask for more if we truly need it to confirm it’s you.

4.2 What happens next

We’ll confirm we got your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we’ll tell you why and may take up to 45 more days. Some records we must keep, for example, for billing, tax or fraud prevention, and we’ll tell you if that applies. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

Because we keep very little about guests, we may not be able to find anything without a pass code. That’s by design.
